Plan the webcam’s location before assuming it can share a monitor with ScreenBar Pro. The lamp’s webcam accessory and the contents of the local package are separate things to confirm.
The cited BenQ ScreenBar Pro manual includes a webcam accessory in its package illustration. The Philippines specification page labels the webcam accessory as optional. That difference is a reason to confirm the offered regional package, rather than promise it accompanies every Pro lamp.
Three objects, three checks

A promotional photograph may show all three working together without identifying the monitor or webcam you own. Retain their complete model names and any attached privacy cover. A camera that fits alone can compete with the lamp for the same piece of bezel.
The manufacturer’s instructions describe an intended accessory arrangement, not permission to rest an arbitrary camera on the light tube or hang extra objects from it. If your combination remains uncertain, send the exact models and a clear top-edge photograph to BenQ before buying.
Keep the power route in the plan
The cited manual directs use of the supplied adapter and specifies a 5V/2A USB-C source for the described direct-power arrangement. A convenient-looking socket beside a monitor does not establish its output. Read the actual source specification rather than infer sufficient power from the connector shape.
For us, the useful comparison is a complete desk arrangement: lamp, camera, required accessory and documented power route. That makes a missing regional component visible before installation. It is different from choosing by screen diagonal or assuming ScreenBar Halo, Halo 2 and Pro use identical accessories.
