Quick Verdict. The Front Range is a documentation-based shortlist for a dog needing a padded walking harness with both a back V-ring and a front chest webbing attachment. Its value depends on correct girth measurement and adjustment; the page’s comfort and pulling language is manufacturer description, not a measured outcome. Ruffwear product details.

Key facts and decision use. Ruffwear lists four adjustment points, foam padding, an ID pocket, reflective trim, a light loop and the two leash points. Its sizing chart measures the widest part of the rib cage, from 13–17 inches for XXS to 32–42 inches for L/XL, and directs between-size buyers toward the larger size. The official PDF shows how to extend and then tighten shoulder and girth straps before use. The exact page says hand wash, mild detergent, air dry, and lists Vietnam as this product’s manufacturing country. The back V-ring finish may be matte or chrome. Pros: two documented attachment options support different walking setups; four adjustment points plus an exact girth chart aid fitting; ID pocket and reflective trim are practical details. Cons/limits: careful sizing and strap adjustment are required; it is hand-wash/air-dry gear; reflected light and a light loop do not turn the harness into a guaranteed visibility or restraint-safety device. No pull-reduction effect or fit for every dog is claimed.

Final Verdict. Shortlist this Front Range design when the dog’s measured girth fits the official chart and the two leash points suit the handler’s plan. Fit it on the dog using the maker’s instructions, and recheck the current design and selected variant before import. No user-feedback consensus, safety certification, rating or hands-on result is asserted.
